Shipping and Delivery
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two steps:
Order confirmation, printing, quality checking, and packaging.
Usually, the order will be dispatched around 1 - 2 business days or less.
We offer express shipping methods only:(TNT/FedEx/UPS/DHL...)
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 Business Days. Sometimes, it may take longer which beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection...
Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your tracking number is available. Please note, it may take an additional period of time for your tracking information to show movement.

HelmetFun is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. HelmetFun will NOT be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
- The customer refuses to accept the package.
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
HelmetFun reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.

Taxes & Duties
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
Foreign Transaction Fees
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies.
