Could they be attached on a matte helmet?

Of course! All HelmetFun ponytails/pigtails works on almost any Helmet Type (Matt/Gloss)

Can they be mounted on the side of a helmet?

Yes, you can mount them on the side, back or top, and will looks much better on your wonderful helmet.

Can they be easily removed to be used on a different helmet?

Yes! With our backup mounts, you can easily swap them out and use it on other helmets. And the backup mount(s) are free now!

How to attach the helmet ponytails/pigtails?

A User guide with pro tips comes with every purchase. It's Ridiculously Easy Yet Stable! It's not suction cup neither velcro method. It's a brand new design.

What about the size of a helmet?

HelmetFun ponytails/pigtails will fit all sizes of helmets.

Do I need to have an account to order?

What if I forgot my password?

On the login page, click “Lost password?” and you’ll be redirected to a page where you can create a new password.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) via PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. *Please note that any orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead.

I want to change my order/address, can I?

Though we highly encourage you to double check your cart and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made. Normally, we process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at support@helmetfun.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice. Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two steps:

Processing time:
Order confirmation, printing, quality checking and packaging.
Usually, the order will be dispatched around 1 - 2 business days or less.

Shipping time:
We offer express shipping methods only:(UPS/FedEx/DHL/)
Estimated Delivery Time : 3-5 Business Days.
Sometimes, it may take longer which out of our control.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your order total and destination. We offer free express shipping on order over $99 on selected regions. Otherwise flat shipping cost starting from $9.95. Check out full shipping rates

Do you ship to an P.O. BOX/APO/FPO?

Sorry, We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one or two days after we have shipped your order.
